	Analyse cost through cost of good manufactured analysis (COGM) included direct material,  manufacturing overhead cost
	Compare actual current cost with budget and actual cost consumed previous months.
	Prepare and analyze monthly management reports such as profitability and P&L by each profit center, brands,…. and prepare Contribution Margin Report (CM) for each brands.
	Take part in month end closing process, ensure all costs are recorded appropriately and completely.
	Monthly focus on valuation of scrap, utility in production
	Monthly focus on receivable aging and stock aging
	Work with other departments such as Production, Purchasing, General Affair, Engineering, etc. in investigating any variances and unusual cases for improvement or proper cost allocation
	Daily/weekly operation reports, these reports is in relation to sale, production, QA, material, purchasing
	Make reports related to KPIs and balance scorecard (BSC) of all departments
	Support Business Management team to complete annual budget
	Connect closely with accounting and treasury department for any unusual entry and instruct them to post properly entries.
	Work with internal control department from parent company to monitor and instruct other departments in order to follow company’s policies.
	Instruct other departments to follow internal processes for avoidance of misunderstanding between management level and staff level.

Business Management Associate

-	Understand deeply inside of each corporation for designing appropriate financial solutions
-	Assess and set up business projects, loan plan, plan for usage of fund
-	Monthly monitor and measure the efficiency from usage of fund 
-	Risk management for whole lifecycle of credit packages
-	Take part in the solving problem team in the case of unpredictable bad events that can lead to quality of loan and operation of corporates.
-	Negotiate with customers and relationship managers to get optimal credit proposal 
-	Consult the manager to make decisions for credit applications
-	Consult collateral valuation included machinery, factory, real estate
-	Always update regulations of Bank and Laws to ensure that quality of debts is always in control.
