With a team of professional, advanced search engines and a wide network of connections, we confidently guarantee recruitment speed, candidate quality and cost effectiveness.

2. RECO ONSITE:
Reco Onsite confidently provides HR solutions for most demands in the IT sector. With this service, customers will not be under pressure on labor relations and employee benefits. Reco Onsite also contributes to connecting talents with new challenges and environments.

3. RECO BOT (Build - Operate - Transfer):
Reco BOT is a comprehensive staffing solution for businesses with the following phases: building - operating - transferring. With BOT, Reco will be in charge of coordinating with partners in recruitment and operation to ensure the personnel stability before transferring the entire team. We establish a legal entity with separate offices and build a software development team. This team is administratively managed until the entity is transferred to customer after a specified run. This solution is provided to solve problems for startups or companies that are on the rise (opening branches) in new markets.
