President

- Lead a team of 8 members for organizing project planning events and logistics for Vietnamese students in Finland.
- Develop and execute a year plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
- Rebuild the Action Planning process’s system and related documents for efficient team workflow and effective collaboration with cross-functions.

Head of Program (Event) Department

- Manage a logistics team in planning and organizing 4 workshops and 1 webinar for 5 months.
- Develop and track the detailed action plan and timeline for all logistical activities.
- Work closely with the venue staff to coordinate logistics, including setup, teardown, and any specific requirements related to the event space.
- Identify potential logistical risks and solve urgent issues on the event day.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Communication and Finance, to ensure seamless integration of logistical elements with the overall event plan.

Logistics Manager

The non-profit organization develops the Vietnamese student community, organizes events for Vietnamese people, and promotes Vietnam’s image in Finland.

Role: Event Coordinator in the Program Department

Key tasks:
- Participating in the development of event planning.
- Follow and keep track of the action plan.
- Book venues, schedule guests, and lock down day-of logistics.

Sanofi is the largest global healthcare and pharmaceutical company located in more than 70 countries focusing on pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and biotechnology.

Role: Supply Chain Intern in Consumer Healthcare Unit

Key tasks:
- Distribution:
  + Measure distribution KPls and coordinate with cross-function (e.g., Sales Department) to solve distributor issues/ requests.
  + Be accountable for KPls monitoring and risk and opportunities identification.

- Customer Care Service: 
  + Receive and solve customer complaints from 6 distributors and multiple end users.
  + Be accountable for coordinating and supporting the Sales Department in order management.

- KPIs and Database Monitoring:
  + Be accountable for KPls monitoring and risk and opportunities identification.
  + Monitor a shared database that calculates KPI reports e.g., OTIF ( On time in Full), Pending reports, Supply Chain Dashboard, Customer Care Dashboard, etc.
  + Collect and analyze monthly sales data from distributors.
  + Ensure all customer master data is collected with full supporting documents in the SAP system.

- Internal projects:
  + Organize and collaborate with the Supply Chain team and Consumer Healthcare Unit in employee engagement events (e.g., Quarterly Business Review logistics team, Company field trips, Workshops, etc.)
