- Serve as a change agent and ambassador in Roche’s Imagine Safety initiative, mentoring less experienced affiliate colleagues on the evolving role of Patient Safety lead and its strategic impact on the business
- Identify and customize key safety deliverables from the Global Safety Network, addressing gaps and/or creating a competitive (safety edge) for the HK&M patient journey by the effective local execution of relevant work packages.
- Expert in crafting compelling safety narratives and developing tailored safety materials for various molecules, positioning patient safety as a strategic advantage in Roche's medical strategy. Demonstrated ability to highlight robust safety profiles and maintain high GVP standards, achieving a triple win for patients, Roche, and the local healthcare ecosystem.
- Ensure adherence to GVP (Good Vigilance Practice) standards and cultivate a strong culture of compliance across the organization.
- Partner with Patient Journey and Healthcare System Shaping colleagues to pinpoint and address unmet patient safety needs, scaling impact through targeted local solutions. 
- 12-month rotation supporting the internal communications by hosting, moderating, and chairing weekly town hall meetings—both in-person and virtual—to refine presentation and communication skills.

Patient Safety Lead

- Part of strategic business partner for Kadcyla Risk minimisation material project to explore effectiveness of aRMinA (Additional risk minimisation activities) materials
- Explore and proactively engage with internal stakeholders to reiterate that Roche Patient Safety is a competitive differentiator whilst maintaining licence to operate (GVP) standards
- Position/Market local Pharmacovigilance function as key collaborator/thought-partner to achieve business strategic focus areas for HK/M market

Pharmacovigilance Partner

- Lead the local drug safety function in the affiliate to achieve pristine PV compliance
- Support the Local quality responsible to create and achieve high calibre of PV quality and attain the PV compliant mindset 
- Oversee the PV activities within the affiliate and govern and implement PV risk mitigation strategies (for example, in contractual arrangements with Vendors, business partners) before commercial activity -start
- Train new affiliate staff and drug safety onboarding on the drug safety requirements at Roche
- Working with regional Drug safety hubs to streamline, simplify Individual case safety report (ICSR) processes
- Strategic decision making in positioning Drug safety function as a business enabler, for safety to be seen as a competitive differentiator
- submit CIOMs to the Health authority of Hong Kong and Macau
- safety communications & PV commitments by implementing risk minimisation plans (RMinA)- additional risk minimisation activities such as educational material for patients & HCPs.

Local Safety Responsible for HK/Macau

- Senior in team to support and advise the operations manager in process improvements with the Individual case safety reports (ICSR) process (triaging, work flow management).
- Work with our business partner: TCS (Tata consultancy services) in India to streamline ICSR intake and minimal data entry into the safety database repository
- Support and train new staff in local drug safety operations

Drug Safety Associate

- Assisting in the development and implementation of drug safety Standard operating procedures (SOP) and other associated documentation
- Representing global drug safety in regulatory and internal inspections and audits
- responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement activities
- Accountable for establishing and implementing best practice sharing in pharmacovigilance activities
- Assisting in relevant drug safety projects and take ownership for assigned processes and projects
- Providing training and mentoring to new staff in PDSO (Product development safety operations)
- Assisting in the preparation, delivery and maintenance of training programs
-Developing and participating in safety related educational programs for internal and external customers
- Performing quality review of ICSRs (individual case safety reports)
- Representing PDSO in cross-functional forums
- Participating in study management teams for an oncology products
- Developing drug safety presentations for investigator meetings and present at such meetings
