I am passionate about creativity.  What makes people, groups and organizations creative? I strongly believe that creativity can be found in everybody, and that the right leader, environment and mindset, can set it free. I am passionate about people. I believe that the well-being, security and confidence in people propels creativity. As a leader I thrive in my role as a motivator, and a frontrunner and fight to make the people around me, reach their potential and goals. When they succeed, so do I.  I am passionate about water. Since I was just a few years old, I have been drawn to the sea. I get enormous amounts of energy from the ocean, the motion of it and the thrill of its power. Therefore I have been a surfer for many years. It has also inspired me to start a water festival, celebrating the opportunities in, under and on the water, called Waater Festival.
