Senior Project Manager

Core Responsibilities
•	Accountable and responsible for operational execution of all project activities, across multiple tracks and releases.
•	Primary point of client contact for all project activities and ensuring satisfactory delivery.
•	Communicate overall project status, risks, mitigation plans, issues, changes, and timeline.
•	Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project delivery excellence, including DevOps, Development, Quality Assurance, and Solution Analysts. 
•	Track and manage all project costs and financials, including earned/non-earned/WIP models

Implementation
•	Create statements of work, change orders and related contractual agreements as needed to support delivery activities.
•	Knowledge of all project contractual agreements and leverage upgrade and implementation methodologies to deliver against all contractual obligations.
•	Manage the generation of Invoices/Billings in alignment with project milestones, working closely with Finance. Responsible for follow-up of account receivables.  
•	Manage the scope and related change control process. Coordinate reviews of change orders with legal, management and client.
•	Identifying and upselling of additional services to clients.
•	Obtained Certificate of Completion of the Scrum Fundamentals Course from the Lean Agile Center of Excellence.

People Management
•	Manage and mentor the Business Analysts on all projects/deliverables.
•	Lead daily project team meetings, providing priorities and direction to the project team.
•	Communicate with internal and client-facing project resources, communicating priorities and plans.
•	Lead executive-level and client-facing presentations; Manage and set internal and client expectations.

Solutions Manager - Project Manager

•	Track lead of three implementation teams helping to drive projects forward and ensure client satisfaction. 
•	Manage and coach multiple teams of solution analysts, business analysts, and QA analysts. 
•	Experience implementing line of business solutions for life, accident, and health insurance products as well as the related digital experience and claims processing applications.
•	Experience leading a team through the first implementation of a newly developed SaaS solution.
•	Highly proficient working within the context of agile methodology and utilizing platforms such as JIRA for agile software development.
•	Conduct initial foundational analysis and production of requirement documents, functional specification documents, testing, training, and project work.
•	Collaborate with the client, product, and development teams to compose user stories and solution design documents.
•	Give demonstrations, structured walkthroughs, and knowledge handoffs to clients, QA analysts, developers, and other internal team members.
•	Experience organizing and participating in client solution design sessions, solution configuration, and testing. 
•	Help drive test script development, test script execution, and coordinate deployment of client application releases.
•	Responsible for collection of client feedback and test results for regular review. This includes management of reported issues and modification requests, including the testing of and confirmation of reported issues.
•	Serve as point of contact for client support and ongoing client-training.
•	Serve as liaison between development staff and user community during development, testing and implementation stages, and for on-going modification including support for system cut over.
•	Establish and maintain excellent relations with all clients as measured by their confidence that Vitech can and will deliver a quality business solution.

Senior Solutions Analyst - Team Lead

•	Work with product, implementation, and sales teams on complex software and service sales for FIS Investran and Data Exchange.
•	Focus on Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Wealth Managers, Fund Administrators (TPA’s), and LP Investors.
•	Liaise with multiple teams and resources to understand a client's business and requirements; deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and shape solutions incorporating product, professional, and managed services.
•	Deliver pre-sales presentations and solution demonstrations.
•	Provide technical and functional expertise throughout the pre-sales process in collaboration with the sales and professional services teams.
•	Identify, qualify, and document clients’ business and functional requirements in order to effectively present solutions as well as identify solution gaps and communicate back to product management.
•	Respond to RFI / RFP / POC’s and other client request in a timely and professional manner.
•	Develop new business opportunities and interface with the product management, professional services, support, and development organizations.
•	As a market expert, be aware of industry trends, drivers, and regulatory initiatives; understand the competitive offerings and their differentiators in the market, read trade and industry journals to keep abreast of industry thoughts and initiatives.

Senior Solutions Consultant - Private Equity

The Carlyle Group

•	Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with key contacts among client base, consultants, and business partners, utilizing exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate continuous contact and provide exceptional service to investors and consultants. 
•	Maintenance of CRM database (Dynamo), Investor Portal (Alta) and manage the Investor Relations inbox.
•	Responsible for the completion of LP and consultant information requests, including quarterly investor questionnaires, and audit confirmation requests. 
•	Coordinate compilation of quarterly investor letters for Metropolitan’s fund of funds partnerships and SAMs.
•	Write commentary to describe key contributors to quarterly cash flow and performance, collaborating with appropriate teams update data tables within each report to ensure consistency across all reports.
•	Prepare and distribute capital account statements, capital call and distribution notices, tax documents, investment announcements, etc. 
•	Update and maintain the master file of portfolio review slides. 
•	Disseminate welcome packages and investment notices to investors.

Investor Relations Consultant - Private Equity

BBR Partners

•	Improve and document processes and workflows.
•	Maintain the portfolio management software (SS&C/Advent APX).
•	Reconcile cash, asset positions, realized and unrealized gains and losses to clients’ custodians.
•	Maintain rebalancing software (Tamarac) and execute trades on mutual fund accounts.
•	Perform daily, monthly, and ad hoc analyses and quality checks in order to maintain a top-quality book of records for clients.
•	Maintain and update security setup information and pricing.
•	Manage day-to-day relationship with 3rd party equity and fixed income managers in order to ensure timely and accurate trades in clients’ accounts.

Fund Accounting Associate

•	Maintain the portfolio management software (SS&C/Advent Geneva) & (Sungard/FIS Investier).
•	Perform month-end close process and valuation for assigned funds.
•	Maintain daily accounting records, process funds’ trade activity, and complete daily roll forward schedules.
•	Prepare position, cash, and p&l reconciliations to all counterparty accounts for each assigned fund.
•	Process monthly shareholder activity, calculate net assets on a class and series basis as appropriate.
•	Problem and error resolution on a timely basis (with documentation).
•	Consistently meet client month-end valuation and reporting deliverables.

Fund Accountant-Analyst
