- Tasked with maintaining leave, medical certificate, medical, and IPPT data for 800-plus personnel within my unit, as well as producing updates for monthly conferences.
- Planned the flow for special events such as Key Appointment Holder visits, Change of Command Parades, as well as Workplan Seminars, which continued to be used for future visits.
- Used Microsoft Excel heavily to churn out data for all personnel within the unit.
