Calculate an accurate estimation of job hours to successfully complete the project based on the

Compose a bill of materials that accurately reflects the project scope of work
Review all SOW prior to being released to confirm accuracy of client needs and BOM
Support Account Executives in client meetings and discussions of technology

Solutions Engineer

Act as overall Electronic Security subject matter expert for National and International multi-site deployments, relating to video surveillance, intrusion alarms, and card access technologies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all various manufacturer product lines and disseminate
training related information when available.
Provide remote support and act as the main technical point of contact for assigned field
technicians working on various technologies including video surveillance, intrusion alarms, and card access systems.
Manage assigned workload and deliver services in accordance with established objective set forth by Project Team.
Assist Operations and Engineering staff in preparing quotes and disseminating site survey information to aid in proposal preparation.
Consult with assigned customers, vendors, sales, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues for assigned customer’s projects.

Electronic Security Support Specialist

Install access control, video surveillance and intrusion alarm security systems.
Work with customers to identify necessary and desired system components.
Manage system inventory and materials.
Read wiring diagrams and systems blueprints to assure proper and safe installation.
Up-sell products to meet customer needs/wants.
Mount low voltage electrical devices & panels.
Run and install wires per manufacturer specifications and code.
Perform on-site troubleshooting when necessary to complete the job.
Provide customer with system operation training.
Perform emergency calls on fire & security systems.
Take customer calls 24 hours/day while on call, answering and responding to calls in a timely manner.
Conduct emergency assessments and return systems to proper operational status immediately.

Security Systems Installation Technician

STANLEY Security

Install intrusion, fire, video surveillance, and access control security systems.
Run electrical wiring in attics, crawl spaces and other confined spaces, which can include drilling, trenching and aerial runs. Complete all wiring, connections, and equipment installations ensuring that security systems are complete and satisfy customer and contractual requirements.
Troubleshoot new system installations to ensure proper function and to ensure system meets local, county, state, or federal codes; legal and/or insurance requirements.
Assist and interface with the Installation Team Lead or Project Manager regarding on-site scheduling of work activities and timely delivery of equipment.
Proper documentation of installation issues/actions/resolutions both internally and externally (site visit reports, acceptance forms, service tickets, etc.).
Perform installation and repair work as designated in profitable and proper manner.
Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations and assists with contract retention.
Kept updated on all changes/modifications to equipment and Ansi 156.10 standard through published communications. 
Attend and complete training programs as requested.
Ability to work on-call on a rotational basis covering after hours & weekend emergency calls.
