•	Liaison between the Nationstar eviction attorneys and paralegals, as well as, vendors, city officials, and internal employees

•	Ensured compliance with FHA/HUD guidelines and local requirements for property preservation
•	Performed high levels of intensive research to prevent costly errors or neglect
•	Reviewed claim denials, estimates, and benefits to address complaints and tracking of valid carrier
•	Managed high dollar contractor bids for foreclosed properties and valid lease agreements

Core Logic

•	Managed the eviction process for Real Estate owned properties, including, rent collection and attorney invoice payout  
•	Evaluated attorneys to assist management in selection process and cultivation of business relationships 
•	Conducted meetings with upper management regarding overall performance of attorneys in regards to invoicing, deadline management, and reporting.
•	Ensured attorneys met GMAC and HUD timelines and quality standards  
•	Monitored eviction status reports for management review daily

I have grown to become very passionate about working with people in positive settings.  I am looking to grow in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility.  The connections and relationships formed in this line of business are meaningful and long lasting which add purpose to my career. 

In my industry I have become very familiar with various Non Profit organizations and giving my time back has become a great extra curricular activity for me. 

I am also the Program Director of our newest Mr. Cooper resource team, EPIC, Early Professional Insights at Mr. Cooper.
