Our advanced cyber security threat monitoring service uses machine learning to analyse huge volumes of data, using our augmented intelligence tool-set we identify, report and respond to threats rapidly and in real time from our 24/7 risk operations centre.

HiveLOGIC help our clients adapt to the rapidly changing opportunity and threat landscape. We are able to deploy a range of solutions to meet clients needs. From an initial vulnerability assessment we consult, design, build and run bespoke risk mitigation solutions - managed firewall, end-point security, multi-factor authentication, compliance risk (GDPR) and operational risk management.

Founding Director and Owner of SOLA Group - An international technology, consulting and services company. I'm a Technology specialist within the Government and Public Sector vertical. Throughout my career I've been personally involved in building winning business development teams for SOLA's clients. I'm passionate about ethical business, social enterprise and the development of a sustainable and equitable society. Social Value Act advocate and expert.

Founder of SOLA Outreach, a Social Enterprise focused on social justice, equality and inspiring young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, listed on the Social Stock Exchange (SSX)

Alongside developing business and client relationships for SOLA my focus is in building the SOLA Social Enterprise portfolio. We are committed that alongside SOLA core businesses that we use our commercial skills and resources to build solutions that tackle social issues that make tangible, significant and measurable improvement the lives of individuals, families and communities. We tackle this by working with public bodies across the NHS and Education sector, Local and Central Government and community organisations.

SOLA Outreach's focus is the promotion of Social Mobility and social inclusion for at risk youth and marginalised groups and communities. has since 2013 delivered entrepreneur training and employability programmes to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Other roles include - 

- Non-Executive Director and Mentor of Unique Talent, a social enterprise focused on helping on the rehabilitation of young men and women that have been involved in gangs.

- Director of the SOLA's - Spirit Of London Awards - a Social Enterprise that celebrates youth achievement across London

SOLA OUTREACH COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY

SOLA Outreach CIC was created to provide alternative pathways to young people caught in a cycle of offending and criminality. With our partners in New York, we developed accessible entrepreneurship training programmes to provide offenders with the skill-set and tool-set to harness their entrepreneurial instincts to develop business ideas into legitimate businesses and provide themselves we income and self-esteem. 

We partnered with skills provider Working Links Limited to deliver entrepreneurship training across London and in prisons and YOI's. We also partnered with Gordon Ramsays 'Bad Boys Bakery' to ensure chefs that when through his programme could monetise the skills they learned upon release.

Our mission was to empower people by equipping, inspiring and enabling them to work hard to achieve their aims. Without relying on charity, government welfare, or crime.

We also developed with partners in London including @UniqueTalent programmes to help offenders exit gangs and gang-related offending and desist from carrying weapons. Delivering a number of workshops across London schools.

Ultimately we ran out of funding after failing to secure a number of government bids we applied for.

Although ultimately this project failed - From a personal perspective, this was a rewarding and important journey for me, giving me exposure to national and regional politics and politicians, funding bodies, policy-makers, charities, social enterprises, B-Corps and corporate philanthropy.
