I'm Nick 👋🏽 I'm a real estate tech professional working for CoStar, the world's leading commercial data provider 📈 CoStar helps agents, owners, lenders and other vendors make informed business decisions about commercial property. In the UK CoStar has a research team of over 130 tracking 630,000 buildings, 729,000 lease comps and 798,000 tenants amongst many other data points 💻 Prior to CoStar, I was Head of Sales at Kato, the technology partner of the Agents Society. The Kato CRM for commercial property agents is market leading, adopted by companies such as Savills, Knight Frank and JLL 🚀 I moved into PropTech in 2019 joining Aprao, a VC backed PropTech, focused on real estate financial modelling. I started my career in a London investment agency and qualified with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2016 🏗️ I studied a Masters degree in real estate at the University of Reading, UK, and currently mentor students on alternative career paths in the real estate (namely PropTech!)
