Here are my quick thoughts after being at the Rose Bowl Today..

1. Still hard for me to get my head around it and believe it,  but IU is very much a legit well rounded football all team that is extremely fun to watch. 

2.  Alabama has a really great fan base, and at least all of the ones I encountered were extremely polite (even in a lopsided game, where I was in full IU gear).  Especially the older gentleman who grabbed me and said, congratulations Y’all have a great team this year and you earned that win.  

3.  The Rose Bowl is an amazing venue to see a game in.  

4.  Especially with some rain, the parking situation could not possibly be worse.  Including the parking attendant trying to tell me (when I was right next to the stadium) that I should drive to Dodgers stadium as my only option to park (which is most certainly not close of the Rose Bowl).
