Recognised globally from Operations leadership team with ‘above and beyond’ award. This is the highest award given at Apple in operations. I received this award for my dedication to the iPhone team through many product launches as well as playing a pivotal role in solving manufacturing and production issues on a Mac product.

My proudest achievements at Apple however was the privilege of leading and developing such great talent within the organisation.

- Exposure to SAP (erp) and started a passion for ERP/MRP technology and business process.
