The role is about Business Partnering with these Leaders and advising on strategies to ensure performance measures are met from both a Group and Business level.

•	Ensure the smooth running of the Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra & Singapore offices;
•	Ensuring Operations team is responsive to business needs and any concerns are dealt with in a timely manner with little disruption; 
•	Timely resolutions of any contracting or payroll issues both externally with Contractors & directly with Branch offices.
Financial
•	As per duties performed as Financial Controller.

General Manager – Finance & Operations

Primary responsibilities include the following; 
- Managing a team across Australia and Singapore;
- Managing the month end process including preparation and analysis of the monthly management reports for the Directors; 
- Ensuring monthly and quarterly compliance deadlines are met for payroll tax, GST and PAYG Withholding; 
- Ensuring annual compliance for FBT and Income Tax as well as dealing with audit related issues;
- Attendance to various ad hoc queries as and when required.

Financial Controller

Partners in Performance International

I am solely responsible for 3-4 of the international subsidiaries within Partners in Performance. 

The role involves liaising with Senior Consultants both domestically and internationally dealing with complex payroll issues. Additionally I am involved with the preparation and analysis of the monthly management accounts prior to review by the CFO. In doing this I oversee the monthly accounting function ensuring processes are completed in a timely manner and reporting deadlines are met.

Financial Accountant

Moore Stephens Sydney

Responsible for preparing an independant valuation report on a multi million dollar business and also various ad hoc tasks as and when required. 

This is a short term contract role within the Corporate Finance division.

Senior Consultant

Responsible for the preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns for high net weatlh individuals and small businesses. My role also includes the provision of taxation advice to clients on a wide range of tax issues including GST, Capital Gains, FBT, Employee Share Schemes and International tax.  

In recent times I have gained experience preparing a due diligence report on a multi million dollar transaction through the Corporate Finance division.

Senior Accountant

Hi, Nick here. I’m an experienced tax agent/business adviser with a primary focus on small to medium businesses. My highly effective analytical skills in process and recommendation/implementation of efficiencies through automation and other general process improvements have led me to enhancing processes and operating environments in various businesses, saving them time and money.
