A passionate and driven retail and hospitality recruiter for middle to senior managers across the restaurant, bar, pubs, contract, facilities and hotel sectors. Having left my roots within the retail hospitality industry having been fortunate to manage dynamic restaurants, being exposed to the contrasting and elegant 5* Hotel market, Appetite was formed in 2003 and what a journey it's been! The first year was myself, Nick, a one man band networking in the industry and finding solutions to my client's skill shortages in their management structure. Since a great 2004 Appetite has experimented and grown steadily... At the start of 2008 Appetite continued to mature and develop in a volatile economic climate and as a result I'm proud to work with professional, dynamic and innovative individuals who make up the team. We have 4 divisions; Retail, High End Restaurants and Bars, Contract and Facilities and Hotels. Each sector is growing in reputation through an ethical and consultative approach to working practices and our unique database with over 20,000 live/ passive jobseekers combines with a personable approach ensures a great service. Early in 2010 Appetite re-launched. From the new and improved logo to the introduction of the team, the Clients we treated to drinks and canapés, the interviews we held in-house and the candidate testimonials all combines to a successful re-launch and a promo DVD to show the people we are, the people we work with (both candidates and clients) and our transparent approach to business. Appetite's vision is very simple; great service, attention to detail and a strong work ethic delivered by winners. We never forget how important our role is for clients and the vacancy we're working on or how important the candidate journey is to the ongoing success of their placement.
