Nick Anderson is the CEO of OneAccord, a consulting firm dedicated to serve business owners who want to build value in their companies. Anderson’s book, Six-Word Lessons for Middle Managers was published in May, 2022 at the same time he launched the Chosen Leader brand which is dedicated to the development of leaders everywhere. He became an entrepreneur following a 25-year career in banking with roles ranging from; Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Team Leader; Managing Director of Treasury Management and Payment Solutions, to; Head of Retail Banking and Marketing. A graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School (2008), Anderson was named one of the banking industry’s ‘Rising Stars’ by the Independent Community Bankers Association (2009). Anderson holds a Master’s Degree in Non-Profit Leadership from Seattle University (2018) and was named to the Puget Sound Business Journal’s prestigious 40 under 40 list (2017). He is also an alumni (2015) of Seattle’s acclaimed civic-leadership program: Leadership Tomorrow. Nick is active in his community as a board member and advisor to non-profit and public sector organizations.
