At Tawal Telecommunications Tower Company in Riyadh, I'm working with Stakeholders, BAs, PMs, POs and developers to conceptualize and design enterprise and B2B mobile and web applications. These solutions harness the power of Camunda business process automation engine while having 60% to 70% dynamic user interface and a seamless integration with Adobe Experience Manager.

Hala Campus is a customizable and a robust cloud application, designed for a 360-degree management and digitization of schools/colleges to reduce operating costs.

Key achievements:
- Increased the usability by 40% by researching and re-designing UI and UX, and adding handy features on the web and mobile products

Responsibilities:
- Led a team of 3 designers and 9 developers to oversee the ground-up design and development of an EdTech ERP (web and mobile products)
- Ideated the design and managed user testing of web and mobile products
- Addressed application support
- Conducted training of end-users on product features and updates, creating SOPs
- Handled QA (manual) of all web and mobile products

Axon E-Services provides services including Web/Mobile Design and Development, Branding and IT consulting in the MENA region.

This was my first time as a Partnership Entrepreneur. During these 6 yrs, I got acquainted with everything right from company registration, bookkeeping, designing web/mobile apps, remotely managing teams and projects, recruitment, quality assurance, application support, setup and managing AWS instances, and burning midnight oil. I led a team of 3 designers and 8 developers.

I also headed the design and assisted with the launch of "Fyndine" mobile app in Kuwait, that helps customers to avail discounts at restaurants, and for restaurants to gain more footfalls.

Festivya

Festivya was an e-commerce company for handcrafted jewelry from Indian artisans. Built on engaging and robust software, we aimed to positively impact the lives of artisans by nurturing and supporting them while giving our global audience a feel of handmade jewelry.

Key achievements:
 - converted 40% inquires and 25% abandoned carts to successful sales through strenuous WhatsApp customer service
- optimized order delivery times and reduced COD return rates

I was heading the operations in India and some of my key responsibilities were:
- design creatives for website and social media marketing
- order journey management from order placement to after-sales
- onboarded vendors from across India
- generate sales from dormant customers
