I am a commercial business leader with over 20 years of experience in global business development, demand generation, and customer development. I have a strong background in technology, having worked in various sectors such as hardware, software, SaaS, PaaS, and AI. I am responsible for the global sales, marketing and customer success organization, overseeing the revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction along the customer journey. I have successfully led the acquisition of three companies, increased the international revenue from 10% to 45% of total ARR. I am passionate about innovation and taking teams and individuals to the next level, always working on improving tactics and strategies to outsmart the competition and create deeper engagement with prospects and clients. During my career I have learned that data and insights are key to find and steer trends, having built various functions such as customer success, revenue operations, commercial enablement revenue operations and several times an SDR team. The one thing that has always stood out to me is that success comes from data and insights. Especially nowadays with access to AI and ML it becomes easier to capitalise on insights and turn those into action.
