As team leader, I set deadlines and delegated roles. This allowed the team to have effective communication and work efficiently to accomplish the tasks as well as we can. We worked with a team of four Eller finance majors and examined the history of Intercontinental Exchange (Ticker Symbol: ICE) and performed a ratio and industry analysis. The team also evaluated the risk profile of the firm, and examined the sources of risk. Furthermore, we analyzed ICE's capital structure, debt issues and performed a simple valuation (Discounted Cash Flow Analysis and Comparables Analysis).
