Pre-Season
• Plan 8 to 10 game day promotions ahead of the season and execute these promotions
at the scheduled dates.
• Work within the game day operations budget to plan and order any promotional
materials needed at the ball park for these promotions.
• Recruit any volunteers needed to assist during the season.

In Season
• Script each game inning by inning with all the required announcements and in game
promotions.
• Schedule all auxiliary personnel like anthem singers, VIP’s, VIP deck hostess and DJ’s.
• Organize the game day music. Includes player walk up songs, sound effects and music
between innings. (We use a laptop with Sound Director loaded with lots of selection)
• Make sure any large groups attending like youth baseball teams, Birthday parties,
community groups and any other group making large ticket purchases are seated in
their reserved seating area. Make sure the are announced as special guests attending
the game.
• Arrive at the park 2 hours before each game and help clean up at the end of the game.

As Assistant Director of Golf Operations at the Joanne Goulet Golf Course, I was part of a management team that posted its most profitable year while providing outstanding customer service that would rival private courses.
•	Responsible for managing the daily golf operations which included: providing excellent customer service, management of the guest service and back shop teams, tee sheet management, and ensuring all transactions were posted correctly.
•	I oversaw the execution of all club events and outside tournaments. I was responsible for scoring, league payments, and answering all inquiries about the club were correctly answered.
•	Developed the social media platforms for the golf course.
•	Executed the management of the clubs Tee-on Program which included the tee sheet and point of sales systems. In Tee-on I was responsible for inventory management, tee sheet management and creation, and daily sales.
•	Responsible for the management and control of the club’s inventory and equipment. Ensured that the proshop was stocked with the necessary merchandize and that it was displayed correctly. Ensured that the clubs power carts, rental clubs and driving range balls were in good working condition.
•	I was entrusted with daily banking and bookkeeping tasks which included: daily sales, daily bank reconciliation, bank deposits and change orders.

I was a key team member of the Saskatchewan Rattlers inaugural season. The following duties I executed were key to helping the Rattlers win the 2019 CEBL Championship:
•	As the Manager of Basketball Operations, I assisted the General Manager In all daily activities which Included arranging player transportation, organizing team travel plans and organized players medical appointments.
•	As the Game Day Manager, I was responsible for writing and executing the game day script, ensured the proper execution of sponsors game day activations and setup and takedown of the venue.
•	Responsible for the operation of the Retail Store which included organizing and displaying merchandize, ticket sales and providing world class customer service.

Basketball Operations Manager/Game Day Manager

Doing various tasks for the Saskatchewan Rattlers as they compete in their inaugural season in the Canadian Elite Basketball League.
