To pass that on, I implemented a coaching culture in my teams at Amnesty International, completing ICF-accredited Coach-specific training, Levels 1 and 2 in business mentoring and coach/mentor supervision at ILM Level 7. I coach, mentor and supervise leaders in all industries at every stage of their journey, to help them solve their challenges, play to their strengths and keep moving forward. Through reflection and focus I support people to achieve a better career, increased impact and a more fulfilled life. Previous roles include International FD and and strategic leadership positions, growing talent, financial turnaround, and managing change.
