Under Nick’s leadership, he and the team built a high performing sales & solutions organization from the ground up, established the company's market position as a digital product consultancy, created defined market offerings, established a refined sales strategy and process, which re-positioned the company’s trajectory by hitting aggressive sales and revenue targets.

The Evanston Group, Inc.

At The Evanston Group, Nick was recruited by the CEO to scale the company and initiate a turn around after 3 years of sales erosion.  Nick was tasked with refining market offerings, go to market strategy, building the sales organization, refining the sales process, implementing a new CRM instance (SFDC), rebranding the website, and retaining key employees.  These efforts set the company up for eventual acquisition by Eliassen Group in 2021.

Senior Vice President

RevUnit

As Senior Vice President at RevUnit, a rapidly growing digital product agency, Nick was responsible for global top-line revenue growth across new and existing customer engagements, serving a notable client roster of some of the largest Fortune 100 companies. He built and motivated a highly talented sales team, tripling revenue growth in three years and helping the company earn recognition as one of the Fastest Growing Companies in America.  Nick's efforts successfully enabled a Private Equity acquisition exit event at the end of 2019.

HCL Technologies

As Vice President of Enterprise Digital at HCL, a worldwide technology leader, Nick managed a team of 25 sales and solution architects scaling pipeline and revenues by 2x during his two-year tenure. The work expanded capabilities, key relationships and drove the enterprise transformation agendas, UX (user experience) design strategies, and omni-channel implementations for some of the world’s most influential brands across the life sciences, aerospace, manufacturing and oil & gas industries.

Vice President, Enterprise Digital 

NTT DATA Corporation

At NTT DATA Corporation, as Vice President of Retail & Consumer Products, Nick led a seven-person, senior-level North American team selling a portfolio of enterprise services, including performance management, cloud, mobile, in-memory database, analytics and application management services.

Vice President Retail & Consumer Products North America

Responsible for Optimal Solutions' Enterprise Mobile solutions practice, which includes positioning SAP Mobile Platform (SMP), Syclo, Fiori, SAP Mobile Secure (Afaria, Mocana, Mobile Docs) and services into cross-industry, national accounts.

National Sales Director - Mobile Solutions

Responsible for national large enterprise accounts, positioning SAP software and services solutions across a variety of industries. Solutions include SAP Business All-in-One (ERP) Industry specific solutions, Business Objects Business Intelligence, Reporting & Analytics, Sybase Mobility, Winshuttle, SAP hosting, and Application Managed Services. Responsible for coordination, management, and execution of marketing, inside sales, field sales, and event activities.

National Sales Director

DC&M Partners

Responsible for selling Platinum level SAP consulting services into Fortune 500 National Accounts.

Director

Responsible for ERP sales in the southwest region for companies generating revenues of $300 million to $1 billion. Met and exceeded sales targets.  Led sales team in cold-call generated, net new opportunities.
