My work tasks primarily involved project management, as well as ordering and specifying changes for GIT, GIT Competition; API, Qlik Sense, New GIT (see below for description).

GIT includes, among other things, membership records, booking systems, and invoicing data.
New GIT is a web-based system that will replace GIT with its corresponding functionality and more.
GIT Competition includes systems for creating/setting up competitions, registering participants, paying for participants, as well as recording and presenting results.
API access to our systems, where I have ordered changes and supported API users.

Examples of projects I have been responsible for:
Implementation of a new BI system, Qlik Sense.
Implementation of a new handicap system, WHS.
Implementation of an MA System, Sales Manago.

In addition to this, I was responsible for operations, performance, and releases.

Act as a bridge between Product owners/Customers business problems/requirements and the development team. Main focus is loyalty systems/CRM. Also i was Scrum master.

The work consists of customer contact in the form of Pre-sales support, workshops and requirements gathering. Managed projects for exampel Banking/Finance, Retail industries and membershipsystems.
Integration with POS and bank systems was also a big part of my responsibilities. Also i was Scrum master.
