I resolved technical issues, such as setting pixel codes, checking creatives, and preparing technical tasks for creating creatives. I planned advertising campaigns and prepared reports for clients, as well as answered their questions. I completed an internship in Moscow and then worked independently with advertising tools such as Google DoubleClick Bid Manager, Hybrid, Intency, Facebook, Vkontakte, GetIntent, AdMixer, AdSupply, Trafficjunky, Vi.Hub, Yandex Display, and teaser networks for local clients in Ukraine.

RTB-Media is developing a Trading Desk and Cross-channel Ad reporting platform, which is a Saas service allowing advertisers to place media advertisements via the RTB technology (Real-Time-Bidding) and enhancing the efficiency of advertising campaigns through access to analytics and a host of sources of data on target audiences. The all-in-onedashboard saves from having to log in to each different platform for updates on campaign performance and reduces time spent on low-value activities (manual exporting and uploading, data manipulation, and clean-up).

RTB-Media uses a combination of programmatic ad buying, and A/B testing across banners/videos and ad channels to identify a scalable digital marketing strategy. The company's easy-to-use platform and services help agencies, start-ups, and brands launch targeted online ad campaigns across Social, Search, and Display (web and mobile).

I joined as a Google AdWords specialist. My first task was to independently manage advertising campaigns on Google AdWords, as most campaigns were handled by agencies and needed to be transferred to the client. During this process, I gained experience auditing existing advertising campaigns previously managed by specialists from different advertising agencies.

I launched many campaigns from scratch and conducted dozens of tests to achieve the best results and meet KPI goals. I worked with the CMO to plan the budget, created standardized reports, and developed indicators to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

This is a small advertising agency in Ukraine, mainly working with local clients. I came to the job interview without any professional experience, but I was trained as a PPC specialist to work with Google AdWords and Yandex Direct platforms.
