My career has been focused on helping drive better decisions through data, with a passion for co-created and practical, implementable strategy. I enjoy the challenge of making the complex simple, ensuring appropriate adaptive measurement plans support initiatives. I started my career with market research and analytics providers before spending 19 years holding roles of increasing seniority leading country, regional and global teams for a world-leading pharmaceutical company. The focus has been on portfolio and corporate strategy, creating thought-provoking and challenging insights and leading large-scale change and capability programs.   Driving teams to challenge the status quo is my approach, with the aim of helping identify organizational blind spots through better data-driven understanding. My career purpose is working with teams to make strategy more than theoretical through building data-driven adaptive and executable plans to maximize the chance of successful outcomes.
