Ever since an early age I've been fascinated with sales and the art of selling. From setting up a bootleg sweet shop at high school through to my current position as the Chief Commercial Officer of Outlook Publishing, I take great pride in my proven track record of successful revenue growth, new product launches, market leading sales and the development of new revenue streams. My ability to track and identify emerging markets and build successful sales campaigns to maximize returns for the business, whilst also continuing to aid in the development of our highly successful middle management team and wider company culture and growth, have all helped contribute to the companies success, from ambitious start up, into a market leading business media brand we are today. More recently I have spearheaded the companies digital transformation with the build and launch of Salesforce and continue my own personal development to become an accredited Salesforce Champion. At my core, I'm a husband and father and I'm blessed with an amazing wife and son who have helped me realise that my want to help others grow and better themselves is ingrained in my DNA. Seeing not just my family but my work family as well achieve their dreams gives me the greatest sense of purpose.
