At a previous job, I had one of my favorite customers call me. He was deep in a pickle. He missed scheduling a $400,000 waste shipment, and was coming up to a project deadline. He was frantic. I listened. I asked him to give me time and I pulled our team together to see what we could do. We found a solution that worked for everyone and saved him a lot of trouble. At another place in life, I was the technician on a deep sea oil rig. We were in the Black Sea in winter, off the coast of Romania. The driller called, "we've got a problem." I hung up and headed to the drillshack. It was freezing, and I had to work 45 feet in the air, in the dark ice cold wind. When I came down, everything worked again. These are the work days that stand out to me. The days I felt like I made a difference. How can I make a difference for you? Somethings about me. Hiking, Paddle Boarding, Mountain Biking and Traveling are all topics I could spend hours doing or talking about. I love to create art, build things and grow things. I spent 6 years in the Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator onboard the USS Enterprise and was able to travel the world as a result. I want to know more about you.
