As the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Strategy, I am responsible for
•Full cycle recruiting of all positions across the entire organization
•Partnership with leads as a strategic business partner
•Interacting with leadership regarding recruitment initiatives 
•Partner with senior leaders on annual budget and resource planning for projects/sprints
•Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment programs from inception to closeout, working with key stakeholders on defining project and plans

As a member of the Higher One recruitment team, I was responsible for screening, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, background/reference checks, and offering out to candidates.  In addition, I worked closely with the VP of Human Resources to create recruitment strategies for high-level positions.  Outside of recruitment, I was responsible for the new hire onboarding process.  As the Day 1 orientation leader, I made sure that all candidates were provided an accurate overview of Higher One and their new role in the organization.

As part of the Higher One recruiting team, I was responsible for the recruitment efforts of Campus Labs.  Campus Labs is a data analytics business that provides a software platform for colleges and universities to make data-driven, strategic decisions ranging from accreditation to student retention to effective operations.

Devereux

The Devereux Glenholme School is a therapeutic boarding school for young people, ages ten to adult in middle school, high school, and postgraduate. The program provides a positive atmosphere designed to build competence for students to thrive socially and academically.

As a member of the human resources team, I was responsible for: 
•	Full Cycle Recruiting 
•	Planning, developing, and improving employee training
•	Maintaining and promoting the culture at the Devereux Glenholme school
•	On-Boarding & Orientation 
•	Open enrollment and Benefits training

Post University

Post University is a traditional University located in Waterbury, CT.  The accelerated programs are based on their traditional classes and degrees put into an 8-week format made to accommodate adult students providing them with a flexible option for obtaining a degree in a quicker amount of time.

As a member of this University, I was the direct contact between the University and the students.  From the initial interview to creating, packaging, and accepting the student, I worked with each student through every step of the admissions process.  I also served as the site team manager within my admissions team.

Off Campus Housing was a leasing agency owned by Housing Consultants LLC.  As one of the first members of this company, I helped build and establish the leasing office from the ground up.

I am a firm believer that at the heart of the best organizations is a strong culture.  Developing a strong culture starts with finding the right candidate, one whose drive and attitude seem tailored to the company.   After finding the best candidate, it is vital to focus on training and development to produce a unique environment that reflects the values and beliefs of the organization.
