I led a high performance sales team consisting of two Regional VPs and 44 direct sales professionals across a 3-state geography, focusing on the resell, professional services, and managed services business. We achieved our margin goals for both 1Q and 1H 2023 and delivered record-setting performances in both resell and professional services. Maximized routes to market for both on-prem and SaaS solutions included collaborating and co-marketing with strategic partners such as Cisco, Dell, Palo Alto Networks, Pure Storage, VMWare, Rubrik, and Veeam. Developed and maintained mutually rewarding  relationships at multiple levels within our strategic partners.

Vice President of Select Sales (Large/Medium Enterprises and Public Sector)

I led a team of high performance team of 15 sales professionals across a 3-state geography serving our largest Enterprise and Public Sector customers. I worked closely with both our team and partners to provide positive outcomes for our customers and grow marketshare for C Spire Business.   We finished 2022 with a record performance in both sales revenue and gross profit in our resell business and professional services, thus earning membership in the 2022 President's Club. I identified issues that inhibit growth and put together plans to solve these issues or overcome any obstacles. I was very active in the recruitment of world class talent for our team and mutually beneficial partnerships for our company.  I pursued innovative ways to solve customer business problems with both technology and people so that ideally we said "Yes!" to more and more customers! I am very passionate about helping people grow and develop both as people and professionals.

Corporate leadership for our Cisco line of business which continues to show outstanding growth and success.

We assist clients in the design, architecture, and implementation of I.T. infrastructure and Data Center solutions.  Our services are delivered through world class, highly skilled and senior level professionals, including alliances with third party consultants.

Genisys Group, Inc.

Built a sales organization from the ground up. Managed a team of high performance sales professionals across multiple locations in the southeastern United States.  Responsibilities included recruiting new team members, mentoring, coaching, developing sales strategies, and meeting with client executives.  Owned alliance partner relationship responsibilities for IBM and other partnerships.  Recruited and developed new alliance partnerships.  Awarded numerous recognition events and trips that reflected the success and growth of the business.

Principal/Owner and VP of Sales

Managed a team of high performance sales professionals specifically focusing on the IBM AS/400 or POWER i Brand that includes hardware, software, and related storage.  Responsibilities included recruiting new team members, sales leadership, personnel management, employee development, mentoring, coaching, developing sales strategies, CRM, and relationship building with client executives. Experienced significant revenue and profit growth during both years in this position.

Brand Sales Manager - AL/MS

Helped manage, develop and implement innovative approaches to facilitate IBM's strategy shift from a direct sales model to a channel/business partner model. Developed and built mutually rewarding  relationships among IBM Business Partner executives throughout the southeastern United States.

Channels Manager - Southern Area

Responsible for direct sales in Middle Tennessee for the IBM AS/400 brand to both large and emerging large clients.  Significantly exceeded quota each year and earned three IBM Golden Circle recognition and spouse trips in a row.  The IBM Golden Circle represents the top 3% of IBM's sales achievers each year.

Brand Sales Specialist

Responsible for direct sales of the IBM portfolio of hardware, software, and professional services for general business clients in middle Tennessee.  Exceeded quota and earned IBM 100% Club recognition and trip each year.
