Identify, design and measure compelling and engaging learning solutions for agreed company wide change, product &/or propositions launch programmes. Working collaboratively with all business areas to complete TNA to ensure alignment with business needs, design in line with best practice methodology and delivery to maximise ROI.

To design effective and engaging learning solutions that enable the implementation of significant change, product / proposition activity, working in partnership with key stakeholders across the business.

To design and deliver effective & engaging train the trainer programmes.

To design and implement best practice review meeting(s) post implementation, to identify ROI, areas of success for future use and areas needing improvement, as part of continuous improvement.

Creating, leading and effectively facilitating cross functional virtual teams to implement strong learning solutions in line with business requirements for all change and product/ proposition launches.

Maximising the removal of duplication of the define & design activity through effective stakeholder engagement and management resolving conflicting priorities and demands through effective influencing and negotiation.

Setting and managing expectations with all key stakeholders to gain confidence and buy in for proposed learning solution, based on capability and proven delivery track record, across all business areas and across both brands.

Ensuring all learning solutions drive improved customer experience and/or the delivery of improved % sales performance, through linkage of the ‘what’ to the ‘how’

Change & Product Development Partner

To design, deliver and evaluate effective development solutions within dedicated client areas, equipping employees with the knowledge, skills and behaviors to be effective in their role. Enabling and driving the delivery of business objectives against a structured business methodology that utilizes best practice, project management and ownership of training interventions

Actively supporting line management in identifying individual and team development needs, to enable delivery of individual and business performance

Effective design of development solutions working collaboratively with business stakeholders and colleagues across Talent & Development

Delivery of a range of development solutions, engaging delegates to drive knowledge, skill and behavioral capability

Identifying and establishing effective stakeholder relationships gaining buy-in and engagement for the design and delivery of all development solutions

Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to effectively measure the quantitative and qualitative ROI from all development activities

Translating thoughts/ideas into tangible actions, effectively managing all aspects of project scoping, planning, design, delivery and evaluation, working collaboratively with all relevant key stakeholders throughout

Development Specialist

Delivery of training and development into OUK, TMUK and EE Retail stores working alongside Divisional managers, Sales managers and Compliance managers to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Actively supporting Area & Branch Manager(s) in identifying training needs recommending practical learning and development solutions

Design and delivery of detailed learning and development solutions, applying ‘Accelerated Learning’ principles, supporting business objectives

Evaluation of effectiveness of learning and development solutions, ensuring content is accurate and up to date


Relationship management with manufacturers to ensure a consistent approach and message into the retail estate from a T&D perspective.

Ownership of new product launch training agreements, design and deliverables

All of which are designed to support organisations, and the people within them grow.

I'm not expecting to win…the lineup for Outstanding Woman in Tech is absolutely stacked with incredible women doing phenomenal work, it is amazing to be nominated alongside these amazing women.
 
Here's what I know...there's work to be done. 

Real, urgent work. 

In 2025 Women represent only 25% of the UK tech workforce, and just 27% of young women even consider a career in technology, compared to 61% of young men.
 
Now more than ever, we need to push harder, show up louder, and champion each other relentlessly.
 
Which brings me to how grateful I am to those around me who do this day in and day out.
 
To the women who have believed in me throughout my career - Di Macdonald, you've shaped who I am today. And Rachel Pendered, while you won't be at the awards tonight, I'll be raising my glass to you.

To all the women at DBLX, Auspicious Group, our clients and my wonderful friends who are doing amazing things both inside and outside of work.
 
To every single male ally in my life (specific shout out to Robert Ashcroft and Barnaby Cook), thank you. You champion women every single day.
