As Head of Design I am responsible for leading the team, developing and maintaining the brand, managing the workflow, inspiring colleagues, collaborating, and mentoring the design and creative department, whilst ensuring all deliverables are aligned to stakeholder expectations and executed within budget and deadlines. 

I remain hands on in my role - delivering high-end creative concepts and visualisations for digital and print along with my team of graphic, digital and motion designers across the UK, Europe & USA.

I started my journey at Emplifi as Senior Designer working on digital brand assets for our social platforms and for our website as well as working on campaigns, exhibition graphics, and collaterals.

Working with my colleagues, we have evolved the brand by creating an enhanced set of corporate guidelines and a separate social media brand guide to keep consistency across our channels.

As guardian of our asset library I have successfully implemented a new system of file architecture, with job numbering system & naming protocols to ensure we keep a tight reign on our growing asset library & archives.
