- Merging the custom backend department with wordpress backend department to a unified backend department.
- Set increased focus on Scrum, testing, code standards and the agile thinking (Fast feedback loops, Jira, 3-point estimation, Dynamic code analysis, static code analysis etc.)
- Conversion of BI data to long and short term strategies. 
- Implementing internal tools for project tracking and planning.
- Recruiting and mentoring project managers and developers.

Management and development of the Wordpress department consisting of a team with 4 backend developers. Member of the management team of the company.
- Short term strategies for the wordpress department.
- Responsible for risk reduction in development projects.
- Introduce agile workflows and scrum for project management.
- Introduced rapidly feedback loops in project management.
- Requirements specifications for web projects.
