Nic has worked across the telecommunications, retail and government industries, gaining experience focused in process & requirements analysis. Having commenced his career in the early 2000s, Nic has extensive experience in the traditional waterfall/sequential project delivery frameworks. He has also embraced and excelled at working in Agile and iterative environments of delivery. Nic’s BA experience is quite holistic in that project engagements tend to be end-to-end in delivery. He is not just a Business Analyst, and he contributes across both vertical and horizontal mindsets - not just gathering requirements or mapping processes, but he also has experience in the solution implementation/architectural design and even business case development. In 2023, Nic expanded his repertoire acting in project coordination roles as well as cyber security analysis work. To further enhance this core consulting competency, Nic’s MBA education has further expanded his knowledge base to incorporate marketing (strategy) - which provides a strong influence/direction for his career.
