I am a product manager that started from scratch, I made the whole journey. I started as computer engineer, passing through the sales and then product management. And it is where I can focus more on creating value to the customer improving the different areas of the products. As an engineer, the scientific approach, the data analysis and continuous learning are the core assets of my product management daily work. Test, measure and validate every product feature or experiment it is fundamental to be sure that you are on the right path. The implementation of actions taken over a product require efforts from different people coming from different departments. Therefore, it is mandatory that everyone involved in the product development knows why we are taking an action instead of another. The information delivery, for me, is crucial. It helps to create a common product vision and to increase the collaboration among product team members. Lean development (hypothesis, test, validate) and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) are my guidelines to create the right product framework.
