- Built and socialised business intelligence on customer, with customer metrics, segmentation, personalisation and voice of customer to support strategic and tactical decision making.

- Demonstrated value of data engineering and cloud technology to the business, impacting the wider IT strategy. Led implementation of CDP and support implementation, testing and measurement of lifecycle campaigns.

- Expanded team remit to service Voice of Customer intel, including Quant and Qual research to help connect dots between customer behaviour and mindset.
