In this role, I oversee the strategic brand direction for Myer, working closely with the CMO to ensure that our brand resonates consistently with customers at every touchpoint. From leading Christmas peak trading season to developing high-impact initiatives like Myer’s Salvos textile recycling initiative, contributing to circularity and brand trust, I drive campaigns that bring our brand to life and amplify our community focus. Recently, I helped develop a sustainability roadmap to align with the Australian Recycling Label, redesigning 80% of packaging.

At Myer, I led the Fashion & Beauty portfolios, driving the business to its highest profit growth in five years. I oversaw strategy and creative execution for impactful campaigns, such as the “Find Your Dream Fit” denim initiative, which reached 5.8 million people and delivered a 113% uplift in category sales. During challenging lockdowns, I launched “The Movement at Myer,” our first sports line, which achieved $4 million in sales within just three weeks.

Responsible for the marketing launch of the new Jetstar credit card, including creation of plastic, improvements to the application process, trigger emails and mobile app design.

As the Head of Brand at Jetstar, I managed our brand identity across six international regions, including Australia, Japan, and Singapore. I introduced a new brand platform to unify our global presence and spearheaded customer insights initiatives, like developing a persona framework that elevated our marketing relevance across diverse markets. My team and I collaborated on high-impact campaigns, driving brand loyalty through initiatives such as airport signage, plane livery, uniforms, and the Jetstar Customer Panel, ensuring our brand reached millions of passengers.

Qantas

Leading Qantas Loyalty’s next big venture, I was responsible for the launch of the first ever credit card direct from Qantas, Qantas Premier - the fastest growing credit card in Australia (2017).  	
 
Responsibilities include: 
•	Producing the ‘go to market’ strategy, overall annual marketing plan and growth tactics.  
•	Developed and lead a large scale above the line launch campaign and media strategy.  
•	Developed the life-cycle communications for acquisition, on-boarding, engagement and dormant members. 
•	Part of the team to deliver a new online banking platform (qantasmoney.com) and innovative financial service app (android and ios). 
•	On-going optimisation of the channel mix via attribution based modelling and a test & learn strategy. 
•	Management of multi-million dollar budget and go to market launch timings. 
•	Team management.

Venturing Marketing Lead Role 

As the Marketing Lead for Qantas Wine and Qantas Golf Club, I developed omni-channel strategies that increased Qantas Wine’s revenue by 69% in FY16. My role focused on brand strategy and digital engagement, including the launch of a mobile-responsive e-commerce platform that exceeded revenue targets in its first month. Additionally, I developed Qantas’s first app with beacon technology, setting the foundation for a five-year omni-channel strategy and fostering stronger member engagement.

DDB Sydney

Accountable for developing and implementing long term strategic marketing experiences in multi-channel environments for both brand, tactical and partner marketing. Overseeing digital creative for Tourism Australia across the DDB network, covering 20 countries.

Part of the team that created a $4million TVC campaign, print, partner templates and an augmented reality launch stunt that aired in China. TVC film was awarded ‘Australia’s favourite TV ad’ at the Mumbrella Awards 2013.
