In my role as Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn I help large organizations in our Global Accounts segment with the adoption of LinkedIn's SaaS Solution for salespeople & other customer-facing roles: Sales Navigator. As a product expert, I consult my clients with their global Sales Navigator programs, from initial onboarding towards the long-term program success. With the Sales Navigator, sales and business development professionals, customer success managers and further roles can complement their sales strategies and explore new business opportunities and identify and engage with the relevant target audience. With a work experience over 8 years in sales & account management and customer success management in the Software and the Travel Tech Industry, I helped my business partners achieve revenue growth and get value, plan and execute strategic projects and new initiatives as well as optimization of existing processes. I gathered intercultural experience working with global clients and I lived and worked in Dubai (UAE) for two years.
