In my role as Associate Manager, I have primarily focusing on implementing Power BI - both from a technical and business perspective.

I have worked with a medical device manufacturer and distributor to implement a comprehensive Power BI setup. This involved crafting tailored reporting solutions for Sales, Inventory management, Financial reporting, and Customer Profitability, supporting the organization with actionable insights.

I have also supported two family offices in implementing Power BI. I developed reports encompassing financials and investment performance across various asset classes such as Private Equity, Venture Capital, Direct Investments and Cash Management.

Beside my client engagements, I have also driven the agenda of internal capacity building initiatives in the realm of Power BI by hosting learning sessions and developing templates.

Associate Manager

As a Senior Consultant, I was enrolled on a data migration project. My primary tasks consisted of interviewing stakeholders from business units, including bookkeepers to c-level executives, to gather information and requirements. I analyzed their current ERP system with a primary focus on subscriptions and the invoicing process by extracting and transforming all their data combined with interviews and workshops. I had the responsibility of maintaining and developing the migration template. The goal of the template was to enrich the data with business insights, validate data from a business and technical perspective and use it as a dialogue tool for workshops. Further, I developed the scope and performed the completeness test of the data migration, ensuring all data was migrated. At the end of the project, I helped onboarding an Indian team to lead the data migration in the future.

Senior Consultant

As a Consultant, I conducted a 360-degree analysis of the finance function. This involved evaluating aspects of the finance function such as process descriptions, financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and internal controls. The analysis was conducted for six different business units. All findings were consolidated and a comprehensive report was presented to the leadership team, highlighting key findings and providing recommendations to optimize performance across the organization.

My second project involved working as a Controller within the utility sector. In this role, my primary tasks included serving as a liaison between the finance function and project managers, ensuring that all financial aspects of the projects were communicated, reconciled and easily accessible for the project managers. I also worked to optimize processes and procedures within the finance function to improve performance and efficiency.
