- Drive the strategy, opportunities, and KPIs for the web-shop
- Develop a short and long-term plan for the DTC business while also providing weekly reportings on key metrics
- Be responsible for the analysis and weekly reporting of key DTC measures such as sales, traffic, conversion, new customers, retention, LTV, AOV, CAC, and site analytics; using key insights to drive recommendations
- Own the whole sales funnel; including e.g. A/B tests, the optimization of landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and the checkout process
- Work directly with marketing teams (Advertising, CRM, PR) on strategies and tactics for content creation, social media, affiliates, newsletters, and SEO-optimization
- Work with the Web Development team and CX to elevate the consumer experience (engagement/conversion); regularly examining web security, privacy guidelines, accessibility, payment processes and customer feedback
- Manage promotional plans, assortment, programs (ex. subscriptions, rewards program) and merchandising
