Improved visibility of the business by designing and implementing the Business Operation Centre (BOC) in Tigo Ghana. The BOC consisted of providing main KPI to the Go to Market team and other departments through different information channels such as dynamic web-based near real-time dashboards using the Dundas Dashboard tool as well as SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes, email and SMS notifications or alerts based on data fed by the Data Warehouse.
