As Managing director of EFESO office my responsibilities are :

6.	Develop internal capabilities in Values Chain, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business process and Digital
7.	Develop our business within the group focus industries : Chemicals, Food & Beverages, Packaging, Discrete manufacturing, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, and our Key Accounts
8.	Ensure compliance with the group value, trust and integrity
9.	Roll out corporate IT system, S&OP tool, financial/books, etc…
10.	Empower Human Resources at local and regional level, enforce group HR system and run quarterly appraisal, nurture talents and manage turnover seamlessly
11.	Ensure efficient, accurate and punctual administrative process and reports
12.	Control P&L and Financial statement 
13.	Develop strategic partnership across the region with lawyers, recruiter, marketing, etc…
14.	Speaker within event with partners, expert forums, clients corporate event, etc…
15.	Seeking opportunities for M&A within the region
16.	Report to the board of directors

Managing Director South East Asia - Pacific

Responsible to develop EFESO business in South East Asia Pacific and to serve our international customers:

•	Customer management : 
1.	Develop relationship at the C level
2.	Develop client strategy, vision & mission toward 3 to 5 years
3.	Set Manufacturing & Supply Chain KPIs target and define activities to reach
4.	Define the global corporate program needs and design customized solutions
5.	Organize and coordinate the support from EFESO consultant and international experts
6.	Control the Quality of the delivery and costs and benefits
7.	Prepare and lead monthly steering committee with client
8.	Drive cultural change in order to achieve targets, integrate Human Dynamics and Performance Behaviour aspects
9.	Promote EFESO digital suite and facilitate seamless integration
10.	Close the Loop between targets and achievements, report and promote within corporate

•	Business development :
1.	Principal partner to define corporate Business plan, budget, communication and marketing strategy
2.	Responsible to increase sales 
3.	Regional key account manager
4.	Accountable for operations control systems, receivables, financial report (Paris stock exchange company)
5.	Accountable to hire and integrate consultants for APAC region
6.	In charge of consultants training and education strategy link with vision and mission, costs and competences
7.	Responsible to manage international team of 15-20 consultants (Singaporean, Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Australian, Japanese, Korean)
8.	In charge to development relationship with our partners (Chambers of commerce, head-hunters, Universities, Lawyer, suppliers, partners)
•	Support customer’s projects

Operations & Business development manager

In charge of managing and leading projects to engage clients at all levels in order to empower the organisation to achieve performance improvement for international clients in Food & Beverages (Friesland Campina, Heineken, Unilever, Khmer Breweries, McCormick), in Cosmetic (L'Oréal, Beiersdorf), Chemical industry (Evonik, Total, Ecolab, Lenzing), FMCG (SC-Johnson, Unilever) & Semiconductor (SanDisk, Western Digital).

Recruitment, training and integration of international team with ability to deliver customer expected Quality across EFESO offer in the Value Chain for all South East Asia Pacific (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, Korea & Japan)

Training/Coaching/auditing clients toward continuous improvement systems implementation (World Class Operational Management, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 6 sigma) within large range of industries like aeronautic (Figeac Aero), cosmetic (Yves Rocher), cable (Nexans), automotive (Siemens, Continental and SPBT) and building material (Saint Gobain)

•	Factory model of losses : Machines, Manpower, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Energies
    Identification, Quantification of saving opportunities

•	KPI management system (OEE, Manpower efficiency, breakdown, scrap, raw material over-usage, warehouse costs, maintenance costs, etc...) continuously defining, updating, explaining results and establishing targets via gaps analysis.     •	Projects manager (6 projects, 3 to 6 months each involving 8 to 15 participants)
