Head Office scope - Haussmann and Vendôme :

- Recruitment of young talent : Interns & work-study students for the various international departments at Head Office (positions in Merchandising, Clienteling, Supply Chain, Marketing and Communication, High Jewellery Development, Architecture, Influence, etc.).

- HR follow-up : induction, relations with schools, managing a trainee/employee population, career meetings, etc. 

- HR projects: Inclusion/diversity, HR reporting, HR and internal communications, employer brand, LVMH IME.

As part of the Global Talent team at Christian Dior Couture and reporting to the VP Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility, I participate in the House's talent recruitment projects for key positions and in building our talent pools for the future:

- Participating in recruitment assignments for positions of responsibility at Director level; 
- Participation in projects to build talent pools; 
- Recruitment and participation in the monitoring of a Retail population as part of the Retail Leadership Programme (graduate programme); 
- Participation in the annual performance and management review ; 
- Participation in related HR projects.

Global Talent Acquisition Assistant

BEHIVE is a recruitment consultancy, using direct approach, positioned in the fields of Banking, Insurance and Finance.

Within this structure, I worked on many missions, among which the following ones:

- Mastering an ATS ;
- Conducting client briefs;
- Publishing advertisements on job boards;
- Sourcing candidates on different platforms (CV libraries, social networks, talent pools, etc.);
- Ensuring pre-qualification;
- Conducting interviews;

This internship allowed me to greatly develop my skills thanks to the strong autonomy and responsibilities I was given.

As an HR assistant in the Blot Immobilier Group, I was able to approach and familiarise myself with many administrative and legal aspects in a structure of more than 400 employees.

- Treatment of training
- Discovering the election process of a CSE
- Monitoring the recruitment process
- Handling of the follow-up of the activity of the employees
- Follow-up of the process of employees' entry and exit
- Processing of administrative documents for hiring and departures
- Discovering payroll software
- Etc.
