- Developing of internal marketing/communication agency to power our offline/digital tools and campaigns.  
- Resulting in double-digit growth rates and growing the business unit from 10M to 130M TO in less than 10 years. 
- Recruiting and developing 100+ highly talented and motivated team members to realise this ambitious project with us.    
- Permanently focussing on people, process, systems to assure the growth is solid and sustainable. 
- Establishing and delivering on "Wolf Flow 2020" plan for strong growth.

Building on the entrepreneurial adventure of Idealabs, we managed to set up the first vertical accelerator in Belgium with an innovative corporate partner, Telenet.
