Capgemini Invent is the consulting brand of Capgemini Group. I am attached to the Business Unit helping industrial leading companies to develop smart products and to evolve their new business models.

I work on large digital transformation projects, mainly based on the deployment of PLM systems for piloting products or industrial assets during their whole life cycle.

As a senior consultant, I support my customers by adapting standards of change management and project management (incl. SAFe methodology) to their own business.

YOOBIC enables companies with a deskless workforce in retail, hospitality, manufacturing, warehousing, construction and more to empower their employees through digitally optimized communication, training and process management.

On the one hand, I am attached to the Presales Department which is responsible of functional and technical topics for qualified sales opportunities. On the other hand, I am working on launching a new market for our product targeting manufacturing companies and I worked exclusively with the Managing Director for the Manufacturing Industry.

During my mission, I am leading autonomously key tasks in order to develop business activities on new markets:
• categorizing the Total Addressable Market for each segment
• determining a value proposition (content, pitch, ROI) for each targeted segments
• creating demos for each market by identifying relevant use cases
• enabling business development representants for searching new leads

Solutions Consultant

FINALCAD

Finalcad provides SaaS mobile solutions for field workers in the Construction Industry.

As a Solution Consultant, I was attached to the Presales Department which is responsible of functional and technical topics during Sales Cycles. I was focusing on large sales opportunities on the French Market and on the EMEA region for two main missions:

• Validating the solution fit during sales cycles
Auditing prospect’s needs during diagnosis phase. Identifying use cases and determining user stories during workshops. Preparing custom demos or POCs. Responding to RFPs. Validating the solution architecture with partners such as Salesforces. Working with the Product Team for software improvement. Writing the scope of work for Professional Services.

• Providing a value proof of our solution
Leading pilot projects or POVs with customers. Determining ROI based on customer’s interviews. Preparing webinars to present the value proposition per solution or per market. Working on our Product Offer with the Marketing Team

FINALCAD is a software company developing mobile applications to digitalise the construction industry.

As a Customer Success Manager, I was in charge of the satisfaction of several customers. My customers were site engineers of main French General Contractor (Vinci, Bouygues, Eiffage...) who contracted a Saas license for their construction project.

My missions were :
- to define the scope of work for professional services regarding client’s needs - to set-up and deliver FINALCAD software
- to train admin and end users and to support them
