After completing a 3-month internship, I joined Kronos Group as a Junior Business Developer.
Kronos Group is a leading consulting firm specialized in procurement, finance and project management.

My main tasks and responsibilities were :
• Sales & Development : prospection and meeting with potential clients (mainly CFO & CPO)
• Key Account Management : management of client requests at the consultancy level
• Recruitment : sourcing, screening and interviews with potential new team members
• Trainings : responsible for Salesforce training for new business team members 

Key achievements :
• Successfully opened key accounts while closing deals with existing customers 
• Business developer with the most prospection meetings fixed during this one-year period
• Ensured a good balance between client needs and consultant’s career expectations
• Recruitment of consultants
