Since 2011, they have supported and invested in hundreds of tech startups. Every year, they select high-potential startups to join their 12-month program.

- Managed the acceleration program as a part-time director, leading the program accelerating scaling companies like o2o, Manual.to, Spentys, Neanex, Cikisi, Mekanika, T-Mining, Moonbird, Givemefive... 
- Determined the future of BEyond as a program, conducted a thorough market study of the Belgian startup ecosystem and designed the evolution of the program.
- Improved financial stability of the program (working through partner and sponsors).

Make it Group is a startup studio. Make it co-creates startups with entrepreneurs, by providing capabilities in app/software development, IoT/hardware development, growth marketing and working with them as a co-founder.

Managed the sales team (we improved conversion rates from 4% to 21%)
