I am a project manager in the construction industry with experience working on affordable housing as well as commercial projects ranging from ground up to tenant fit outs. I enjoy seeing a project grow and come to life. My position within my company allows me to help mentor and train new employees and that is even more rewarding then seeing the projects come to life because I get to see people grow. With my career, I enjoy the stability it provides but the change that comes with every project. I love being able to solve new problems as they come up and when others come to me with issues they need help solving and I'm able to help, it makes me feel a very high level of respect for them. being able to ask for help, personal or professional, can be something very difficult for people to do. My door is always open.
