-Facilitate on-program support to participants by coordinating communication and follow up  for the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study Program (YES). 
-Ensure support cases are consistently handled in a timely, confidential, and culturally-appropriate manner 
-Manage related communications between 11 Stateside placement organizations, 5 overseas recruiting partners, and the US Department of State - Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs.

Student Support Liaison

-Assist with coordination and start-up of new initiatives, specifically the transfer of new students to AC.
-Primary point of contact for administrative issues related to transferred students.
-Provide logistical and coordination support for staff workshops, participant orientations and other conferences.
-Maintain regular contact with 30+ local coordinators and collect and analyze their monthly progress reports.
