Hi, I’m Nicole 👋 a skilled operations leader who loves building exceptional operations to create unforgettable experiences at the intersection of education, technology and the future of work. You’ll find me working on great things with good people, often as a trusted partner to visionary founders, whether I'm the first employee in a startup or serving as the COO in a rapidly scaling company, to just about everything in between! I love immersing myself in big challenges in organizations that are using technological change to drive impactful change in the world. So far, this has led me on a winding path that’s included: - discovering a gene for night-blindness - building an open and free global STEM community providing science content to over 2 million users in 140 countries - creating bridging programs to tech for women and youth from under-represented communities I’m also a lifelong learner and believe there’s no limit to how many times you can ask yourself ‘What do you want to be when you grow up? Currently, I'm immersing myself in the world of longboarding and look forward to replacing coffee chats with skateboarding meetups one day.
