My curiosity "to always know the why"extends beyond the workplace, as I find myself delving into various topics during my personal time to satiate my thirst for knowledge. During the Week, I engage in meaningful interactions with patients via phone and live chat, addressing a spectrum of issues such as posting payments, navigating insurance intricacies, clarifying account balances, and establishing payment plans. I take pride in my role, where I contribute to resolving discrepancies by efficiently managing accounts and directing them to the appropriate departments for resolution. Driven by compassion, I strive to provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to patients and offering empathetic support. My analytical prowess and knack for researching billing intricacies enable me to identify trends and contribute to revenue enhancement for the numerous hospitals I collaborate with. Outside of work, I am fueled by a diverse set of passions, including spending quality time with my family, engaging in puzzles, and expressing my creativity through art, sewing, drawing, painting, knitting, and various crafts. I find joy in reading, continuous learning, and the art of teaching. A history enthusiast, I also enjoy watching black-and-white movies, criminal investigation dramas, and true crime shows and podcasts. As a skilled trainer, I empower others with the knowledge and keeping moral high that helps my team to excel in their daily tasks. Over the past several months, I have consistently met productivity targets and metrics. I earned my Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Certificate in May 2022 and my Certified Billing and Coding Specialist certificate in May 2021 and both certifications are current.
